Yeah, that's good old Peter! There is another side to St. Petersburg, though. I've never been there, but it is so secure they randomly stop to check cars and people, traffic is like 20 mph, guards are everywhere... Why? The Prime Minister's dacha is there. And whenever the Prime Minister goes somewhere, nearby events are forced to close. Very annoying for people who live there. Alot have moved. lol
