The Vintovka has a really good feel to it, the Garand is a little too thick and hard to handle. They are both great guns, though.

Both guns are awesome! I don't have a Vintovka but I have fired one before. I have a Garand, it is thicker than the Nagant but I have no problem handling it.

That is why it was such an excellent weapon to use in the jungles and islands.

True, it is not as accurate as a Vintovka, however, it was accurate enough to do the job of a standard infantry rifle. It is not, after all, a sniper rifle like the Vintovka was used as.

WELL ACTUALY, THERE ARE MUCH MORE (AMERICAN) VINTOVKA OWNERS IN THE U.S THAN GARAND OWNERS IF YOU LOOK AT THE SHIPMENT AND SOLD NUMBERS. AND THERE WAS A GUY WHO WAS A BIG CHEATER AND HE SOLD MOSINS FOR 650 DOLLARS OR MORE AND PEOPLE WHO DID NOT KNOW THE REAL PRICE WOULD BUY THEM.
